Destined To Reign
At Destined To Reign Church, we believe that mental health matters and that every person deserves love, support, and hope.
Recently, our church organized a powerful workshop focused on reducing mental health issues within our community, especially among young people, families, and vulnerable individuals.
The workshop brought together community members, youth leaders, volunteers, and participants from different backgrounds to learn, share experiences, and encourage one another.
Through interactive discussions, group activities, and counseling sessions, attendees were able to openly talk about challenges such as stress, depression, anxiety, loneliness, trauma, and emotional struggles that affect many people today.
During the event, our team emphasized the importance of :
- Building healthy relationships
- Encouraging emotional support within families
- Promoting prayer, faith, and hope
- Helping young people avoid harmful behaviors
Creating safe spaces where people can speak freely without fear or judgment
As part of our charity mission, the church also organized community engagement activities aimed at strengthening unity and encouraging positive social interaction among children and youth.
These activities helped participants feel accepted, valued, and connected to others in a loving environment.
The workshop also reminded everyone that mental health challenges should never be ignored. Many people silently struggle every day, and through compassion, education, and community support, lives can be transformed.
Destined To Reign Church remains committed to helping disadvantaged families and empowering young people through outreach programs,r counseling initiatives, educational workshops, and charitable activities.
This event was not only a workshop but also a moment of healing, encouragement, and unity.
